Single Eyelash Extensions

Eyelashes are what give definition to your eyes. Many clients, especially those with short or sparse eyelashes, feel that their eyes need more definition.  When eyelashes are well defined they help to emphasise the eyes and balance facial features.  When eyelash extensions are applied to the natural eyelashes,  the eyelashes appear curled, lifted and denser, and eyes appear larger.  Eyelash extensions are a semi-permanent treatment to which the lash extension has been attached to, usually lasting about 30 - 60 days.  All clients can benefit from eyelash extensions as the intensity of the lifted, longer and more curled appearance helps to emphasise their eyelashes whilst still looking natural.

This unit is about providing eyelash extension treatments involving the use of single eyelashes. It covers the use of a variety of consultation techniques to establish the client’s potential for treatment and to agree feasible outcomes acceptable to the client. The ability to attach, maintain and remove single lash systems is required as is the ability to give suitable aftercare advice to clients.

To carry out this unit you will need to maintain effective health, safety and hygiene throughout your work. You will also need to maintain your personal appearance and good communication with the client.

This is a 1 day course and will be run between 9:30am – 2:30pm.
